  • 1: Blueprint & Design

    • Provide details about the remodeling process

    • Creating a functional design that meets your needs & style of the home
    • Creating floor plan drawings
    • Providing a project estimate

  • 2: Project Development

    • Assisting you with final selection of materials: cabinetry, counters, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, etc.
    • Home walk-through with project manager
    • Ordering materials: cabinetry, counters, flooring, lighting, fixtures, hardware, lumber, drywall, paint, trim, etc.

  • 3: Construction

    • Providing a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the project
    • Providing you with an online calendar
    • Obtaining permits
    • Executing work: demo, framing, drywall, installation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tile, painting, carpentry, etc.

Our estimates are intended to provide a general overview of potential costs for different construction projects, whether residential or commercial, based on market trends, historical data, project scope, materials, and specific requirements.

*The ranges displayed above represent standard costs for a project with MRC Design Group. The majority of our projects exceed the minimum costs. Normally, our clients opt to enhance materials and scope beyond basic levels. 

+ A primary bathroom is generally more spacious and expensive than a hallway bathroom and commonly features BOTH a shower and freestanding tub.

**For large home renovations, prices usually start around $250,000 and may surpass $1 million. Our work is tailored to our customers ensuring each project is one-of-a-kind.

We are a general contracting company with design capabilities, so our project estimates include the design, materials, a dedicated project manager, permits and labor. However, Project estimates exclude costs for appliances, furniture or décor. As each project is unique; cost varies on size, age of home, level of finish and complexity.
