Frequently Asked Questions

What is your service area?

Our core service area includes Broward and Miami-Dade Counties - Palm Beach limited. Most of our projects have been located in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Weston, Doral, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Brickell, North Miami Beach, and the surrounding communities. We have relationships with these cities, which is important during the permitting and inspection process.

With our home base in Weston, we try to service projects within a 30-45 minute radius. This ensures that our staff can provide you with the best service possible and ensures we can get to your project in a timely manner, should anything arise.

Check to see if you live in our core service area. If you are near the border or think we should make a special exemption for your project, please reach out to us because sometimes we do make an exception.

What affects the cost of a remodeling project?

The cost of remodeling is based on the size of the project, the age of your home, the materials you choose, the complexity of the project, and the cost to construct.

How long does it take to remodel a kitchen?

Generally, it requires about 6-8 weeks to renovate a kitchen. However, more complex projects with wall movement or structural concerns may require additional time.

How long does it take to remodel a bathroom?

In most cases, remodeling a bathroom takes about 4-8 weeks. However, for projects with intricate components such as moving walls or dealing with mechanical or structural challenges, the timeframe may be extended.

Is design-build remodel more expensive?

Design-Build streamlines cost by overseeing the project from concept to finish. A design-build team designs a space, purchases materials, stays in budget, and executes the construction.
The alternative is the design-bid-build approach, requiring homeowners to find subcontractors and materials themselves. Engaging in bidding and managing multiple contracts could lead to frustration, heightened labor costs, lower-quality materials, and significant time inefficiency.
